*** GT Bicycles Announces 2005 BMX Team ***

Madison, WI. -- 03/02/2005
The GT/Hyundai Team proudly announces the athletes
of its 2005 BMX team. Consistently one of the strongest
BMX teams in the world, this year’s crew is no exception.

“Once again we’ve amassed an exceptional BMX team,
”said Travis Chipres, director of sports marketing for GT.
“We’ve got great sponsor, dealer and fan support and
current champions riding for GT this year.

This team is unstoppable.”

BMX Race:
Randy Stumpfhauser returns to the team after a
phenomenal 2004. Randy is the current ABA world
champ as well as the reigning UCI World Champ
– for the third time in a row. He’ll be the man to
beat in ’05.

Christophe Leveque also returns to the GT/Hyundai
race team in2005. Christophe was hurt most of the 2004
season but came back at the end of the season to place
2nd at the RM59 Tropical Challenge in Puerto Rico.
He’s ready to add more trophies to his mantle this year.

BMX Dirt/Vert/Street:
To say that current Jamie Bestwick (Vert) had a good
2004 would be an understatement. Jamie won gold at
the Gravity Games, he won the first round of CFB at
Woodward West and Jamie’s Good Times Contest
aired on the Fuel Channel. This seasoned pro still has
new tricks up his sleeve. We can’t wait to see.

The world sat up and took notice of Stephen Murray
(Dirt/Street) in ’04, and this year, Stephen is ready
to really show them what he’s made of. In 2004 Stephen
placed 3rd in Dirt at the Gravity Games, 2nd at the Vans
Triple Crown in Denver, and 3rd at theVans Triple Crown.
This is going to be a very good year for the young Englishman.

The versatile Dave Dillewaard (Dirt/Vert/Street/Stunt Show)
is like a Swiss Army knife: he does it all. This guy rides every
freestyle discipline there is and he does it with style. In 2004
Dave cranked out a 7th place finish in Street at the Gravity
Games, took 11th place in Dirt and placed 7th in overall at the
King of Dirt Pro Series Championship. Go get ‘em, Dilly.

GT also boasts a traveling stunt show team that performs
weekly atnationwide locations. Riders perform on a half-pipe,
a quarter-pipe, a box jump and demonstrate flatland riding
during the show to amaze both new and old BMX fans. From
sold-out NBA halftime shows to local bike shop promotions,
the GT stunt show team does it all with style.

The GT/Hyundai program has the most impressive list
of Bicycle ridersin the world. A market leader in BMX
and Mountain Bikes, GT continuesto lead the way in

*** Odyssey BMX of US acquires G-Sport of Sheffield ***

Gene`s BMX News -- 03/02/2005
Production of G-Sport hubs and wheels will move to
Taiwan. G-Sport - run by product designer George
French- has been working with Odyssey for 18 months
on French's Elementary Stem. A deal for G-Sport to
become part of the"Odyssey family" was agreed late
last year with the announcement of the new relationship
taking place last Wednesday.

"By becoming part of the Odyssey family G-Sport products
should become much more easily available and a little cheaper.
Especially to people in exotic foreign lands," said French.

"Because Odyssey will be covering all the stuff I am so
bad at like management, ordering, packaging and soon
the website too, I will be able to spend a lot more of my
time on new product design and development."

French remains based in the UK and will work on product
design and development for both G-Sport and Odyssey,
with the focus atG-Sport remaining on hubs and wheels.

A statement from Odyssey said existing G-Sport component
production will move to Taiwan, "but will retain the strict
quality control that has always been the hallmark of the brand."

G-Sport products will be available from Odyssey in Spring 2005.
